The Körber Group

The Körber Group is headed by the company Körber AG, which is based in Hamburg. Körber AG is an operating management holding company which oversees the Group with the four divisions: Hauni, Körber Process Solutions, Körber Schleifring and Körber Medipak. 

The four Group divisions, which are run as independent units, are each headed by a management company which oversees, controls and monitors the operating activities in the respective Group division.

Körber AG is not a listed company. Our sole shareholder, the Körber Foundation, supports our strategy focused on long-term, profitable growth.
